 1-Year Warranty Inspections

Additionally, most builders offer a 1-year warranty on major systems and components. A check-out of these systems prior to the expiration of the warranty can potentially save you the cost of future repairs or maintenance.

During a 1-year warranty inspection, we perform an inspection of the following items/areas;

Structural review, Furnace and AC check-out, Roofing inspection, Electrical and Plumbing inspection, Basement-Crawlspace-Attic inspection

During our inspection, we don't focus on cosmetic items such as wallboard damage or window/door issues for example, since you are probably already aware of these items, and can or will report them to your builder. We check out the major items that are more difficult to inspect or require some knowledge of their proper performance
